November 5th in Gennett History…

1930: Goebel Reeves, The Texas Drifter, recorded “I Learned About Women From Her” in NYC. It appeared on Champion 16234, Champion 45194, and Melotone 45194. Champion 16234 sold 532 copies in 1931 and 1932 (and 1 copy in 1933) and Champion 45194 sold 314 copies for the period ending 9/30/36.
