Vernon Dalhart Gennett Walk of Fame Medallion

February 24th in Gennett History, 1925: Vernon Dalhart recorded “In The Baggage Coach Ahead” in NYC. It appeared on Gennett 3019 and 5675, Champion 15155, Herwin 75503, and Challenge 162 and 311. The Champion issue sold approx. 1,000 copies between 1926 and 1928.
