November 3rd in Gennett History, 1922: Mrs. Steele recorded five sides in Richmond. Included in these five takes was “A Little Bit of Love,” matrix #11212, which featured Mrs. Steele’s soprano vocals accompanied with violin, piano and organ. It is unknown if these recordings were ever released or pressed by the Personal Department.
