Oct. 18th in Gennett History, 1923: Criterion Quartet Recorded “Mystic City”

Oct. 18th in Gennett History, 1923: The Criterion Quartet recorded “Mystic City” in NYC. The artist name was changed to the 100% Americans and it appeared on KKK 75001. The Gennett recording card noted “Homer A. Rodeheaver, Owner” in the Remarks column. Rodeheaver recorded “The Old Folks at Home” the same day at the 9-11 E. 37 St, NYC studio.
