Sept. 2nd in Gennett History, 1927: Henry Lange and His Orchestra recorded “Hot Lips” in Richmond. It appeared on Ch. 15364, Ge. 6263, Ge Rayo 40102, and Spr. 306. The Champion issue sold approx. 1,300 copies in 1927 and 1928. Known performers include George Angonost (v) and Henry Lange (p)
